Original A&W

Here’s the old-fashioned sign for the original A&W. The food inside seemed to be cooked fresh, and the menu was a bit different from standard. There are even car hops. :)

Don’t you think it would be fun for a bunch of bikers to go there and park, and get the car hops to be bike hops?

That’s pretty cool. We had a few A&Ws with car hops in Northern Wisconsin that we would visit on summer vacations every now and then. Good times.

I still think car hops are one of hte most fun inventions of the 50s :)
