…when we got down to the storage shed today the bike fired right up. I’m still bruised and sore, though, so I was a bit leery of riding it in anything other than full gear. Having my Bohn armor and jacket on the other day literally saved my skin, and I’d hate to think what I would have looked like without them.

The battery is most likely hosed. It started right up after we’d charged it the other day, too, then conked out after a day or so. Tomorrow, then, I will begin the quest to find a bike shop in the Lodi area that stocks my particular model. After that, I can go riding again.

I really miss riding.
