There is a full write-up at Raven’s Roads but here’s the gist: today I met some people from Sport-Touring.net for the first time and had a great afternoon out in Locke, California.

It was great for me from a riding point of view. Not only am I discovering (with considerable glee) how gorgeous the Delta is, but I was suffering from cabin fever and lack of riding. November was hardly the best riding month for me and I got less than three hundred miles in the saddle. I had lost a bit of confidence but by the time I had run my thirty miles it was all coming back. Obviously, I should practice more. ;)

I’ll be posting a few photos from the trip over the next week, starting on Monday. :)
